The lymphatic system is a complex network that is an integral part of the immune system. It is often referred to as the garbage disposal of the body. Anything we can do to encourage vital and active lymph flow is an important component of health. Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) therapy is a method whereby the lymphatic system is stimulated by means of a special form of light massage that eliminates fluid and waste build-up and speeds up fluid circulation.
