I started a second Rolf mentorship program with Daniel Frank, Certified Rolfer (R) in Santa Barbara, he learned Rolfing Technique with Dr. Ida Rolf, I could not pass this opportunity to go through the 10 Rolfing Session with one of my client. We had a fire alarm on in the building  in the middle of  the session and had to evacuate the building. we resumed the session 40 min after. Here what the client has to say after her 4th Rolf session: "By the time I got home, I was feeling nauseous and tired (could be from the interruption)… and the next day… but once that went away, I felt better overall. I seem to be feeling calmer and calmer as each week passes… thinking more clearly, moving more freely, less back pain, less overall aching… my dreams: I have nightmares from time to time. But this time, when I ran for shelter (in my dream), I ran into a room, closed the door, looked around. The room was a large warm open space. I instantly felt safe (this was new!) and even turned on a stereo to calmly listen to some music… while all the while, knowing it was chaos outside the room and I was not affected. My body continues to feel stronger and more balanced. There seems to be less “tightness”. For example, this week focused some on inner thighs. It is amazing how much more balanced I feel when standing, walking, etc! My ability to lie calmly during meditation continues to improve. My body continues to feel more and more open. I am excited for more!"
