How are you standing on your legs?

Whenever I watch a golf tournament, I can see that none of the golf players are standing on their both legs waiting for putting. Almost all of them use their putter as a cane while they transfer their body weight on one leg. What is the reason? A golf attitude may be? or that looks cool waiting like that … Playing golf implies an asymmetrical movement to hit the ball with his club. After a repeated repetition, the body is twisted changing the horizontal position of the pelvis and the length of the legs. Players have so much tension in the lower back that they try to relieve themselves as best as possible by adopting a resting position on one leg. They have a lot of low back tension. Fortunately professional golfer on PGA tour have each day access to Manual therapy to help them to continue to perform at their top the next day.
Next time you are queuing up to see a movie. Observe how you are standing on your leg and how much discomfort you have forcing you to switch your body weight on one leg.
