I started a second mentoring program with Daniel Frank, Certified Rolfer. with another client of mine. Here her feedback after the 3rd session of 10.

My 3rd session feed back:

"I continue to notice an “opening up”, overall… not just in the area affected. And each week seems a continuance of the weeks prior. I am feeling calmer and calmer (that is the one of biggest things I notice as an overall so far), more clear, more able to sustain being present for longer periods of time, more focused… on a physical level, allowing the structure under the facia more room to breathe and move is freeing up other tensed/strained tissues… I can actually feel it! Week 3 focused on opening up the sides of my body, from my hip to my neck, which allowed even more freedom for my chest and lungs to expand and take in more breath. Immediately, I felt more balanced and even when standing. Since my body has learned to adjust to my spinal injuries over the years, I definitely noticed it reacting to the freedom the session allowed. My spine seems to love the results of the rolfing! I am in less pain since the rolfing seems to encourage a more correct posture. And again, the session does feel like a continuance of the prior weeks. And I am anxiously looking forward to each session to feel more of this freedom of space and to see where it will take me next."
